GENERAL INFORMATION
- Common Names: Delta Fig, Fig Shrub, Mistletoe Fig
- Mistletoe Fig is an evergreen large shrub or small tree to 23' with a spreading and rounded growth habit and is sometimes epiphytic in its native habitat in SE Asia.
- In cooler climates, it is commonly used as an indoor houseplant and will grow to 3 feet in a container. This is an unusual plant with shiny, waxy, green leaves and yellowish undersides that have triangular black glands in between the leaf veins. The plant also produces yellowish, non-edible figs year-round. It is also used as a bonsai specimen.
- It withstands heavy pruning with flowers and fruit appearing on both new and old growth. It has few pest/disease problems.

LIGHT REQUIREMENT
- Medium to high light. It can tolerate low light conditions and temperatures to 30 degrees F. for short periods.
WATER REQUIREMENT
- Medium relative humidity with a temperature of greater than 55 degrees F.
- During the growing season (spring to fall), water your fiddle-leaf fig when the top inch of soil feels dry.
