FEEDING/FERTILIZER REQUIREMENT
- It does not require a serious fertilizing program.
- It does well with some extra fertilizer during the growing months of Spring through early fall.
LIGHT REQUIREMENT
- It does best in bright conditions with indirect sunlight.
- Allowing direct sunlight to fall onto the plant for too long causes the leaves to scorch.
- Too little sunlight results in the leaves fading and not producing those lovely pinky shades.
WATER REQUIREMENT
- It is best to keep the soil moist.
- Watering once a week during the summer months is adequate.
