GENERAL INFORMATION
- Calathea vietchiana also known as Geoppertia vietchinaare is a tropical houseplant popular for the bold markings on their abundant foliage.
- They are also called peacock, zebra, or rattlesnake plants, referring to their decorative leaves resembling characteristics of those animals.
- The underside has a magenta hue that runs down the stems.
SOIL REQUIREMENT
- Use a good light porous indoor potting soil that retains water but still drains quickly.
- African Violet soil works well.
