GENERAL INFORMATION

• Origin of this Polystichum pianmaense is from Pianma, Lushui, Yunnan
• The rhizome is short, erect or ascending, densely covered with linear brown scales, plant may grow upto 80cm height.  Leaves are generally clustered.

SOIL REQUIREMENT

• Use well-draining, slightly acidic to neutral potting mix.
• A mix formulated for ferns or general indoor plants is suitable.
• Ensure good drainage to prevent waterlogging.

FEEDING/FERTILIZER REQUIREMENT

• Use a balanced, diluted, liquid houseplant fertilizer.
• Apply the fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer) every 4-6 weeks.

• It can tolerate lower light conditions, but avoid deep shade.
