GENERAL INFORMATION
- Muscari is a genus of perennial bulbous plants native to Eurasia that produce spikes of dense, most commonly blue, urn-shaped flowers resembling bunches of grapes in the spring.
- The common name for the genus is grape hyacinth, but they should not be confused with hyacinths.
SOIL REQUIREMENT
- It requires neutral pH and well-draining soil.
- The best soil is a sandy loam.
- For clay soil, break up the clay about a foot deeper than the planting depth of your bulbs and amend the bed with well-aged neutral-pH compost.

FEEDING/FERTILIZER
- Mix some compost into the soil after flowering.
LIGHT REQUIREMENT
- Full sun to almost full shade.
WATER REQUIREMENT
- It requires a lot of water when they grow in direct sunlight.
- However, make sure to avoid waterlogging at all costs.
- If the water stays in the soil, the flower bulb will rot and die, and the flower will perish.
