GENERAL INFORMATION
- Fenbuconazole inhibits biosynthesis of ergosterol, which constitutes the cell membrane of fungi, and exerts a bactericidal effect. (It is classified as an EBI agent or a DMI agent based on its mechanism of action.)
- Fenbuconazole stays in the sprayed area after permeating the plant body, so it exhibits excellent rain resistance and residual effect.
- For fenbuconazole, pesticide residue standard values (import tolerance) have been set for “tea” in the United States, EU, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
BENEFITS
- In addition to the preventive effect
- It has a high therapeutic effect
- It can be sprayed at the early stage of infection
- It inhibits the elongation of hyphae and prevents the development of lesions
- It is effective against a wide range of diseases
- Shows stable effects on important diseases of tea and deciduous fruit trees
- Excellent residual effects.
- It can be used at a low concentration,
- Almost no contamination of crops with chemicals.
- It has low toxicity to humans and animals,
- Almost no effect on beneficial insects such as honeybees and pollen germination.
- A product with the same active ingredient is the upland fungicide DePuy
