ADD-ON Christmas Tree Disposal Service for Existing Orders

GENERAL INFORMATION

• There is an OPTION to include Tree Disposal Service for Christmas Tree when you place an order. However, if you have not included it, you can also include it here.
• This service is STRICTLY for all customer who has ordered a Christmas Tree with us and requires Tree Disposal Service due to a change of mind, which you can add to your existing order.
• THIS SERVICE IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR NON-TREE ORDERS (For example you have bought the Christmas Tree elsewhere and require us to dispose of it.)

TREE DISPOSAL

• We only accept confirmed DISPOSAL DATE, 5 DAYS BEFORE THE ACTUAL DAY via Email only to [email protected].  (Please note that we do not accept calls or Whatsapp)
• Clearly state your ORDER NO. and your preferred DISPOSAL DATE.
• The Tree Disposal period is only available between 27/12/2024 to 7/01/2025.

HOW TO BUY THIS SERVICE

• Upon CHECKOUT:-

1. Choose 'CHRISTMAS SELF COLLECT' under DELIVERY METHOD. (This will waive off the default delivery fee which is already PAID from the Christmas Tree existing order)
2. Indicate in the 'Comment' section, 'TO BE COMBINED WITH ORDER# xxxxxx' (where xxxxxx is your existing Order #, eg. 005864).
