HOW TO BUY THIS SERVICE

• During CHECKOUT:-

1. Choose 'SELF COLLECT' under DELIVERY METHOD.
2. Indicate in the 'Comment' section, 'TO BE COMBINED WITH ORDER# xxxxxx' (where xxxxxx is your existing Order #, eg. 005864).
